Jeffrey P. Kapp has joined Jordan Ramis PC as a shareholder. As a member of the firm鈥檚 real estate and land use team, he advises clients on a variety of complex commercial real estate and finance transactions. He represents real estate owners, business owners and developers in the development, financing, leasing and acquisition/disposition of their projects. Kapp counsels his clients on issues such as entity formation, corporate governance, joint venture and partnership agreements, business operations, contracts, and business and asset sales and acquisitions. He has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in history from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
