CONSTRUCTION

Andrew Thorburn has joined R&C Management Group as a senior project manager. He has eight years of local construction management experience from the perspective of both a general contractor and an owner. Thorburn will support R&C鈥檚 management efforts for both the 2018 Evergreen Public Schools and 2020 Centennial School District construction bonds. He holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from the University of Washington and a master鈥檚 degree in construction management from the University of Texas. Thorburn, an Air Force veteran, participated in varied construction programs during his military career.
