PIVOT Architecture’s Howell gains certification

PIVOT Architecture principal Kelley Howell is now a certified Oregon Department of Education schools assessor. ODE鈥檚 assessor training helps architects understand the unique requirements for reporting to the department鈥檚 Technical Assistance Program (TAP) and Oregon School Capital Improvement Matching (OSCIM) Program. Howell has worked with a number of school districts, including the Corvallis School District, for which she is leading the renovations of Cheldelin Middle School, the Harding Center, Corvallis High School and Crescent Valley High School. Howell is now eligible to conduct facilities assessments and long-range facility plans for school districts.
