Design advice has been requested for a high-rise apartment building with two floors of office space at 1325 N.W. Kearney St. The building would also have ground-floor retail and underground automated parking. Mass timber construction atop a concrete podium is planned. An existing building would be demolished. The applicant is Leslie Cliffe of Bora Architects and the owner is Lovejoy Square LLC of Portland.
A public works inquiry has been made for a proposed duplex on a vacant lot at 9409 S.W. 49^th Ave. The applicant is Zac Horton of Faster Permits. The owners are TTM Capital Funding LLC and 503 Development Co., both of Portland.
