Design advice has been requested for a seven-story building at 550 S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The design is five stories of wood construction over two stories of concrete construction. Marcus Lima of GBD Architects is the architect; Burns Bros. Inc. of Lake Oswego is the property owner.
Redevelopment of an existing building at 3300 N.E. Broadway is proposed. The building would have retail, preschool and household living functions. The building and enveloped would be updated, and a seismic upgrade performed. The project will use community design standards. Melissa Meiners of Koble Creative is the applicant. Aircraft Factory LLC of Spokane, Washington, is the owner.
