| The scope of work for the ST Biology Renovation includes a 20,500 SF renovation of classroom and office spaces into (7) biology labs and associated collaboration spaces. The project will start in January 2021 with a completion date in August 2021.Starting on 12/8/20, we will be soliciting bids for the following scopes: Framing, Misc. Metals, Lab Casework & Equipment, Architectural Casework, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Aluminum Storefronts, Resilient/Carpet Flooring, Tile, Polished Concrete, Painting, Misc. Specialties, Roller Shades, Signage, Structural Concrete Repairs and Final Cleaning. MEPF and demolition bids previously tendered. Bid documents will be available for review on Tuesday, December 8th, 2020 via BuildingConnected ( provided below).
