Urban Renaissance Group promotes Simo

Matthew Simo has been named chief investment officer for Urban Renaissance Group. He will lead the company鈥檚 future investment and development opportunities. Simo has been with URG since it was founded in 2006, first as an associate and most recently as managing director. Prior to joining URG, Simo worked for Trizec Properties in Chicago. He has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Urban Land Institute membership.
