Urban Renaissance Group’s Bliss set to retire

John Bliss is retiring as chief investment officer for Urban Renaissance Group. He will join the firm鈥檚 board in 2021. Bliss has overseen $5.4 billion in investment and development activities during his 11-year tenure at URG. Prior to joining URG, he served as chief investment officer for Metzler North America and as a principal for Unico Properties.
