GRI promotes O’Dell to senior engineer

Thomas O鈥橠ell has been promoted to senior engineer by GRI. He joined the firm in 2014. O鈥橠ell鈥檚 responsibilities include foundation and seismic and slope stability analyses, as well as coordination of subsurface explorations, construction observation services, and laboratory testing of soil and rock. A couple of his notable projects include Portland Bulk Terminals for Canpotex and the Port of Portland鈥檚 Parking and Consolidated Rental Car (PACR) facility at Portland International Airport. O鈥橠ell has a master鈥檚 degree in geotechnical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
