Tonkon Torp names Tinker a partner

Alex Tinker has been elected a Tonkon Torp partner. He joined the firm in 2014. Tinker is a member of the firm鈥檚 Litigation Department and chairs its Cannabis Industry Group. He represents individuals and companies in matters such as contract disputes, business owner disputes and business torts. Tinker has helped clients win on motions to dismiss, on summary judgment, and at trial. Within the cannabis industry, he defends OLCC license violations and advises clients on industry-specific legal issues. Tinker is a Lewis & Clark Law School graduate. He was included on Best Lawyers鈥� 鈥淥nes to Watch鈥� list for 2021 in recognition of professional excellence.
