Roseburg-based Umpqua Bank has promoted Ashley Hayslip to leader of its new community & business banking division. Its goal is to support businesses with annual revenues between $1 million and $15 million by helping them address unique challenges and opportunities. Hayslip joined Umpqua Bank in 2016 as senior vice president of strategy; she recently managed its Paycheck Protection Program implementation efforts. Hayslip has more than 15 years of professional experience, including leadership roles at West Coast banks and in finance departments of emerging businesses.
