, for the package you are bidding, Time Sensitive, Bid Proposal鈥� and indicate the time and date that it is due. Include name and address of the contractor. Bid No: 19067 Please submit your bid without exclusions and/or modifications to avoid having your bid disqualified.EARLY BIDS: will be accepted via courier, USPS, UPS or FedEx up until 5:00pm, Wednesday February 3, 2021, at the Robertson & Olson office: 4857 NW Lake Road, Suite 320, Camas, WA 98607; by the above deadline (local time).
