Charles Kibert, director of the Powell Center for Construction and Environment at the University of Florida, is now chairman of Green Building Initiative鈥檚 board of directors. GBI鈥檚 future initiatives include increasing promotion of net zero solutions and resilience strategies, and facilitating cooperation on environmental, social and corporate governance goals for corporations and real estate investment trusts. Kibert is a professor and past director of the Rinker School of Construction Management at the University of Florida.
