Stoel Rives LLP has promoted Heather Stewart to partner. She is a member of the firm鈥檚 corporate practice group and its energy & natural resources industry group. Stewart advises sponsors and developers in the financing of renewable energy projects, including the structuring and negotiation of construction and term debt facilities, mezzanine debt facilities, letter of credit facilities, and cash and tax equity investments. She also advises clients in connection with the acquisition of renewable energy projects either being developed or in operation. Stewart is a Duke University School of Law graduate.
