The scope for the Parrish Middle School Remodel consists of seismic upgrades, including foundations, shear walls, shotcrete walls and roof/attic diaphragm work throughout the entire school (102,458sf), select MEPFS upgrades, minor site development and a remodel of the 1st floor of the main building聽 (~20,000sf).

Job Walk is scheduled for 1/25/2021.
