3J Consulting recently promoted Brian O鈥橰ourke to civil engineering lead. He will oversee one of 3J鈥檚 civil design teams. While working closely with the project managers, O鈥橰ourke will ensure all civil components of projects are delivered with quality and timeliness. He joined the firm four years ago as a civil designer and now has eight years of professional experience. O鈥橰ourke has worked on a variety of projects such as K-12 educational facilities, roadway improvements, parks and recreational spaces, and residential developments.
