Skanska USA Inc. is seeking bids from Qualified Bidders for the Heritage High School Refresh & Addition Project. The project is located at:
Heritage High School
7825 NE 130th Ave., Vancouver, WA 98682鈥� Interior remodel and refresh of existing Heritage High School building consisting of approximately 30,000 sf of renovated area with an alternate to add a new 3,000 sf orchestra room, painting of all existing classrooms, and security upgrades. Also included in the project is the construction of a new freestanding classroom building of approximately 30,000 sf and new site
amenities including exterior courtyards, sensory garden, loading areas, trash and recycling surround, expanded parking lot, relocated storm water facility, and new landscaping.
