SSOE Group, a global project delivery firm for architecture, engineering and construction management, has appointed Raul Estrada Jr. vice president. He serves as division manager of SSOE鈥檚 Advanced Technology Tool Install group in Hillsboro. Estrada joined the firm in 2013 as a senior project manager as part of SSOE鈥檚 merger with Evergreen EDC and became an Advanced Technology SBU department manager. He was promoted to division manager of the Tool Install group in 2016. Then he became a principal in 2019. Estrada has more than 28 years of global tool install experience specific to the semiconductor industry.
