Craig Ramey is now president of the Pacific Northwest and Bay Area for CenterCal Properties. He will lead development, construction and tenant services for 11 properties in three states representing approximately 3.5 million square feet of space. Ramey, while based out of Bridgeport Village in Tigard, is responsible for properties that include: The Village at Totem Lake, The Trails at Silverdale, The Terminal at Ballard and Valley Mall in Washington; Bridgeport Village, Nyberg Woods and Nyberg Rivers in Oregon; and The Collection at Riverpark, The Veranda, The Fillmore and The Annex Food Hall in California. Previously, Ramey was managing director of the Pacific Northwest, Northern California and Colorado for Regency Centers.
