• An application for design advice from the Historic Landmarks Commission is pending for the Burnside Bridge replacement project. The applicants are Megan Neill of Multnomah County and Heather Catron of HDR. The project owner is Multnomah County. Stakeholders include Portland Rescue Mission, the city of Portland and Shoreline Building Limited Partnership.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 23 N.E. 151st Ave. The proposal calls for construction of 93 multifamily units on vacant land and on-site stormwater treatment. The applicants are Ken Barnhart of Kopia LLC and Alan Heck of Union Hill Properties. Shekarriz LVG TR is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 7124 N. Mohawk Ave. The proposal is for construction of a new, 32,184-square-foot apartment building with 46 units in the St. Johns Plan District. John Wright of Wright Architecture is the applicant and Lorraine Calcagno is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 4905 N. Vancouver Ave. The proposal is for a new, 13-unit multifamily building on a 4,500-square-foot lot. The building would be one of three potential complexes on adjacent, individual tax lots. William Neburka of Evident Architecture Office is the applicant and Portland Christian Network Services is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 7005 N. Montana Ave. The proposal is for a three-story, 12-unit apartment building with an on-site dry well in the courtyard. Ben Hufford of Design Department Architecture is the applicant. Michael and Holly Soule are the project owners.

• An application for early assistance is pending for a street vacation on Northeast 52nd Avenue between Northeast Glisan and Hoyt streets. Properties on both sides of the street are owned by Providence Saint Joseph Health. The project owners are Suzanne Schwab, Weston York and Andi Greene of Providence Saint Joseph Health.
