Harper Houf Peterson Righellis has hired Brent Walker as a civil engineer in its Portland office. He has more than five years of experience providing design support for transportation projects. Walker is familiar with roadway alignment and profile design, corridor modeling, ADA ramp design, use of Civil 3D and InRoads software for grading, modeling and estimating, and plan production.
