Jim Schmitt was recently promoted to civil engineering lead at 3J Consulting. He will oversee one of the firm鈥檚 civil design teams. While working closely with the project managers, Schmitt will ensure all projects鈥� civil components are delivered with quality and timeliness. He joined 3J as a civil engineer in 2019 and quickly demonstrated leadership skills in addition to a talent for civil design and a thorough approach. Schmitt has more than 11 years of experience. He started his career in California and moved to Oregon in 2016.
