| The scope of work for the Nursing to Heat Plant project consist of changing general purpose classroom and office suite to a nursing skills classroom. Work includes removal of all interior partitions walls including single occupant restroom, addition of new prep/storage room, new act ceilings throughout, replacement of entry doors.
Starting on 02/09/21, we will be soliciting bids for the following scopes: Demolition & Salvage, Glass & Glazing, Drywall, Framing, Insulation, Ceiling, DFHDW Install, Flooring, Casework & Countertops, DFHDW Supply, Accessories, Miscellaneous Specialties, Painting, HVAC and Plumbing, Fire Suppression, Electrical, Communications, Electrical Safety & Security, and Final Cleaning Bid documents will be available for review on Wednesday, February 10th, 2021 via BuildingConnected (link provided below). |
