Webster Road is a rehabilitation project for the Housing Authority of Clackamas County. It鈥檚 an existing single-story wood-framed building constructed in the mid-1960鈥檚. The program consists of 48 mix of studios and SRO units for residents age 55 and older. Scope includes building code accessibility upgrades, new insulation, weatherproofing, windows, doors, and exterior cladding and roofing; interior remodel including new flooring, wall and ceiling finishes,
plumbing systems, lighting, and HVAC; site demolition, earthwork,聽 landscaping, parking lot modifications, and new public sidewalk along Webster Rd. Scope also includes the demolition of the building for rehab scope and hazardous materials.Scopes Bidding:
