3J Consulting recently promoted Chase Welborn to project manager. He will manage civil engineering projects, and be responsible for: communication with clients, work with the design teams to ensure quality and timely deliverables, oversight of schedules and budgets, and development of relationships within the industry. Welborn has more than 13 years of experience, including more than six with 3J. He is a board member/director for the Oregon chapter of American Public Works Association.
