Land use review for Feb. 8-14, 2021

• An application for early assistance is pending for 720 N. Hayden Meadows Drive, Portland. Plans would call for demolishing an existing office building to construct a new service facility. Amy Tallent of VLMK Engineering + Design is the applicant and Hayden Meadows Terminal LLC is the project owner.
• An application for early assistance is pending for N.E. Killingsworth St. (97211 area code). The proposal calls for a new five-story COVID-19 resistant building to be located at the southeast corner of N.E. Killingsworth St. and N.E. Cleveland Ave. The site is currently vacant, and the proposed building will have a below-grade basement and four above-grade levels. Daryl Garner of Structure Development Group LLC is the applicant and Woodlawn Development Group LLC is the project owner.
• An application for early assistance is pending for 8435 N.E. Glisan St. The work would include adding sports lighting to an existing field on the Multnomah University campus. It will allow the university to accommodate class schedules, expand student access to athletics and minimize travel time. Jeff Enquist of Portland City United Soccer Club is the applicant and Multnomah University is the project owner.
