his project is a major remodel to the existing health technology (HT) building on the PCC Sylvania campus. Per the sectoring of the original 1968 building: Sector A will include a full remodel of classrooms, lab classrooms and offices, an added egress stair and the conversion of an existing atrium into an exit access stair. Sector B will include an infill of an existing double height space to create an assembly space. Work includes upgrades to MEP equipment and systems and fire protection systems. The project will also make numerous improvements to accessibility including the addition of an elevator that will connect all occupied levels of the building. Exterior improvements will include replacement of the existing glazing systems and a consolidation of entries

Starting on 02/09/21, we will be soliciting bids for the following scopes: Demolition & Salvage, MEP Demolition, and Fire Protection.
