• An application for early assistance is pending for 1946 N.E. 122nd Ave. The work would include demolition of the existing Shari’s building and then construction of a new 3,028-square-foot bank building and surface parking lot. Jennifer Rinkus of Baysinger Partners Architecture is the applicant and H&A Investment LLC is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 213 N.E. Weidler St. The proposal calls for a transfer of ownership of the vacant site to the Ace Hardware and storage building that occupies the remainder of the block. The existing parking lot for 211-213 N.E. Weidler St. would be reconfigured in order to integrate the Ace Hardware lot. Ben King of Stem Architecture is the applicant and PDX 203 NE Weidler LLC is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 6338 S. Corbett Ave. The proposal calls for a renovation to an existing school building and modular classrooms. Upgrades would include a new ADA ramp, ADA-compliant restrooms, mechanical upgrades, interior partitions and interior ADA upgrades. The applicants are Patrick Leboeuf and Nicholas Sukkau of Portland Public Schools, and Lauren Hackett of Studio Petretti Architecture. School District No. 1 is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 5403 S.E. 122nd Ave. The proposal calls for construction of a U-shaped, four-story, wood-framed building with 65 affordable units. Plans also call for the building to have a ground-floor common room with support spaces surrounding an interior garden. David Horsley of DAO Architecture LLC is the applicant and LMC Inc. is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 7548 N.E. 33rd Drive. The Bureau of Environmental Services proposes to remodel an existing pump station at the project site. It is anticipated that all mechanical, electrical and control systems would be removed and replaced with new equipment. Philip McCormick of BES is the applicant, and the city of Portland is the project owner.
