Emily Johnson has joined Stoll Berne as an associate attorney. Her practice will focus on complex litigation matters. Johnson previously practiced personal injury litigation as an associate attorney with D鈥橝more Law Group. She also previously served as a law clerk in the Financial Fraud/Consumer Protection Section of the Oregon Department of Justice鈥檚 Civil Enforcement Division. While there, she focused on violations of Oregon鈥檚 Unlawful Trade Practices Act, civil investigative demands and settlement proposals. Johnson has a Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School.
