• An application for early assistance is pending for property on North Broadway (97227 area code). The proposal calls for construction of an affordable housing building with 111 units and a 99-seat theater on an existing parking lot. Plans also call for a pedestrian path connecting North Wheeler and Flint avenues. Chandra Robinson of LEVER Architecture PC is the applicant and Paramount Parking LLC is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 4600 N.E. 138th Ave. The proposal calls for demolition of an existing building and construction of two single-story, industrial-use buildings with associated parking, loading, utilities and landscape. Ryan Pickrel of Faster Permits is the applicant and Supreme Steel Inc. is the project owner.

• An application for early assistance is pending for 5555 N. Channel Ave. Plans call for reconfiguring an existing stormwater conveyance from 16 existing drainage areas and outfalls. The flow would be consolidated and directed to existing stormwater detention tanks for treatment prior to discharge. The treated stormwater would then be discharged through an existing outfall. Corey Wilson of Floyd | Snider is the applicant and Shipyard Commerce Center LLC is the project owner.
