Carlisle M. Pearson has joined Lane Powell鈥檚 Portland office as an associate and member of the commercial litigation team. During law school, Pearson served the firm as a summer associate by assisting work on litigation matters involving real property and land use, constitutional law, landlord-tenant law, contracts, dram shop liability, insurance law and other areas. He also spent time with the U.S. Department of Energy at the Bonneville Power Administration; there, he gained experience with interagency negotiations and assisted in matters involving energy law, forest law, Indian law, federal lands law, natural resources law, environmental regulations and legal ethics. Pearson has a Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School and bachelor鈥檚 degrees in both environmental studies and legal studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
