Deanna Palm has been named president and CEO of the Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce. She is an Accredited Chamber Executive (ACE) and the current president and CEO of the Hillsboro Chamber. Under the new, shared contract Palm will serve as president/CEO of both chambers. She has served the Hillsboro Chamber since 2001; before that she served as vice president for the former Portland Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. Palm has served on numerous boards and legislative committees, including Portland Community College鈥檚 board of directors, the Workforce Investment Board in Region 2 and the Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission.
