WEST Consultants promotes Teal to president

Martin Teal has been promoted to president of WEST Consultants Inc. He joined the firm as hydraulic engineer in 1993 and has served as senior vice president for the past five years. Teal succeeds founding president Jeffrey Bradley, who died in September 2020. WEST Consultants is a water resources engineering firm with offices in Oregon, Washington, California, Arizona and Texas, and more than 50 highly-trained engineering and scientific professionals.
