INVITATION
Skanska USA Inc. is seeking bids from Qualified Bidders for the Shredding Systems, Inc. Building #2 & Building #3 Project. The project is located at:
9700 Freeman Dr., Wilsonville, OR 97070

Bids Due: 4/8/21 at 2pm

The Project Consists of construction of (2) new industrial buildings, Building 2 is a multi-tennant concrete tilt building with 22,593sf with a clear height of 28.5 feet and Buiding 3 is a new manufacturing building for Shredding Systems, Inc. with 31,606sf and a clear heigh of 34.5 feet (28.5 foot hook height for bridge cranes) and all the associated work. The work is anticipated to begin in April 2021 and be completed in Fall 2021. Permits for the site Work and the Buildings are in review with the City of Wilsonville and shouldbe issued prior to award of the Bid.
