INVITATION FOR BIDS IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Emery & Sons Construction Group, LLC is accepting bids for the聽 construction of Interior Finishes for the project.

Bids will be due at 2:00 pm April 16, 2021, and shall be submitted via聽 email to Brian Vinson at [email protected].

No hard copy bids or facsimile bids will be accepted.聽 The scope of work generally includes providing all labor, equipment, and materials for construction of interior finishes for the new Sorrento Pump Station building. The bidding documents (project manual) includes the Invitation to Bid,聽 Instructions to Bidders, Bid/Proposal Forms, City of Beaverton General Conditions, Emery & Sons Subcontract and聽 Health & Safety Manual, Plans, and Specifications.A copy of the bidding documents can be聽 obtained by contacting Brian Vinson at the email address listed above or by calling 503-917-9050.
