INVITATION FOR BIDS IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Emery & Sons Construction Group, LLC is accepting bids for the construction of a Fire Detection and Alarm System for the project.

Bids will be due at 2:00 pm April 13, 2021, and聽 shall聽 be submitted via email to Brian Vinson at [email protected].

No hard copy bids or facsimile bids will be accepted. The scope of work generally includes providing all labor, equipment, and materials for a complete fire detection and alarm system for the new Sorrento聽 Pump Station building.

The bidding documents (project manual) includes the Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, Bid/Proposal Forms, City of Beaverton General Conditions, Emery & Sons Subcontract and Health & Safety Manual, Plans, and Specifications.
