INVITATION FOR BIDS IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Emery & Sons Construction Group, LLC is accepting bids for the聽 construction of Framing, Insulation, and Drywall for the project.

Bids will be due at 2:00 pm April 13, 2021, and shall聽 be submitted via email to Brian Vinson at [email protected].

No hard copy bids or facsimile bids will be accepted. The scope of work聽 generally includes providing all labor, equipment, and materials for the聽 framing,聽 insulation, and drywall for the new Sorrento Pump Station building.

The bidding documents (project manual) includes聽 the Invitation to Bid,聽 Instructions to Bidders, Bid/Proposal Forms, City of Beaverton General聽 Conditions, Emery &聽 Sons Subcontract and Health & Safety Manual, Plans, and Specifications.
