| Interior alteration within the PCC Sylvania Library (LRC) Building. Swing space will change from library study rooms to open office suites with one private office and one conference room for the nursing department. Scope of this project includes replacement of existing entry system and addition of聽 (2) new rooms in Room 206. Total of (11) OFOI workstations as furniture systems in Room 206 & Room 210. No plumbing聽 work. Alteration of Mechanical, Electrical, data, and Fire Protection under separate trade permits.
Starting on 03/15/21, we will be soliciting bids for the following scopes: Storefront, Interior Framing and Build-back, Flooring, Countertops, Misc. Specialties, Painting, Design Build Mechanical, Design Build Fire Suppression, Design Build Electrical, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage, and Final Clean. Bid documents will be available for review on Wednesday, March 16th, 2021 via BuildingConnected (link provided below). |
