Pence Construction is requesting bids for the Building #3 Upgrades at Portland Community College, Rock Creek Campus.

Project Name: Portland Community College,
Rock Creek Building #3, Located at: 17705 NW Springville Rd, Portland, OR 97229

The scope of work for this bid include: Selective Demolition, Rough Carpentry, Roofing, Sheetmetal & Flashing, Door Install, Gypsum assemblies, signage, Fire Suppression, and Electrical.
