Pence Construction is requesting bids for the Building #7 Organic Chemistry Lab Upgrades at Portland Community College, Rock Creek Campus.

Project Name: Portland Community College, Rock Creek Building #7, Located at: 17705 NW Springville Rd, Portland, OR 97229

The scope of work for this bid include:
Selective Demolition, Concrete Polish, Gypsum Assemblies & Acoustic Ceilings, Paint, Fire Sprinkler, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical.
