Port of Portland Commission gains Sampat

Ketan Sampat, co-founder and chief technology and product officer of the Provenance Chain Network, has been appointed to the Port of Portland Commission. He represents Washington County. Sampat also is an executive partner in Elevate Capital, Oregon鈥檚 first institutional venture capital fund that specifically targets investments in underserved entrepreneurs. Sampat is an adjunct professor at Portland State University. He was the founding president of TiE-Oregon, and held several executive roles at Intel, including president of Intel India. Sampat continues to be active in Portland鈥檚 entrepreneurial ecosystem.
