INVITATION FOR BIDS IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Emery & Sons Construction Group, LLC is accepting bids for the construction of the Sorrento Pump Station Roof Framing for this project.
Bids will be due at 2:00 pm April 23, 2021, and聽 shall be submitted via email to Brian Vinson at聽 [email protected].
No hard copy bids or facsimile bids will be accepted. The scope of work generally includes the installation/construction of a roof structure consisting of steel and engineered wood. The bidding documents (project manual) includes the Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, Bid/Proposal Forms, City of Beaverton General Conditions, Emery & Sons Subcontract and Health & Safety Manual, Plans, and Specifications.
