CONSTRUCTION

Walsh Construction has promoted Nick Leeding to superintendent. He has been with the company since 2013, first as a project engineer. Leeding contributed to the 11-story Couch 9 multifamily project, the Cascade Hall student housing project at Pacific University, and the 12-story, 240-unit Louisa Flowers affordable housing project, which was completed on time and on budget. Currently, he is working on Riverplace Phase 2, which will add 176 affordable housing units to the South Waterfront area. Leeding鈥檚 commitment to safety, attention to detail and ability to coordinate direction with all project team members has proven invaluable.
