Kelly Betteridge has joined Parametrix鈥檚 Portland office as a senior planner. She will be in the firm鈥檚 transit group, serving clients such as the Washington State Department of Transportation, the Utah Transit Authority, Sound Transit and others on transit and multimodal corridor projects. Betteridge has more than 20 years of public transportation and transit planning experience. She previously served TriMet as program manager for the Southwest Corridor project. She also served as the agency鈥檚 manager of capital planning and as the project manager for the Division Bus Rapid Transit Project from conceptual design through receipt of Federal Transit Administration Small Starts funding. Betteridge holds a master鈥檚 degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Minnesota.
