Requesting bids for all trades for Susan Emmons North & South Buildings. Susan Emmons – North is a 1/4 block, ground up, 6-story building with 99 units. It is 5 floors wood framing over 1 floor post-tensioned concrete. Susan Emmons – Buck Prager & South is a historic renovation and adaptive reuse of the existing 3-story Buck Prager Building, a 1/8th block unreinforced masonry structure and a new ground up, 1/8 block 4-story wood framed addition.

Goal of 30% COBID Certified utilization | Sub goal of 14% DMWBE certified firms | Workforce Training & Section 3 | Earth Advantage Gold | Davis Bacon & BOLI Commercial Wages Rates
