Conversion Projects at Centennial Middle School and Oliver Elementary School

Bids Due: 5/20/21 @ 2PM

Work Scope: Emerick, as the CM|GC, is seeking subcontractor bids for the Conversion of Centennial Middle School, which currently houses grades 7 and 8 and Oliver Elementary School, which currently housed grades K through 6, into Middle Schools that will each house grades 6 through 8.

A non-mandatory pre-bid/site tour: for interested subcontractors, on聽 Wednesday, May 12th at 4:00 pm. We will start at the Middle School project site located at 17650 SE Brooklyn St, Portland, OR 97236

This solicitation is for a public works project and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Rate of Wage). All bids shall comply with the聽 requirements of Oregon Revised Statutes.

SPECIAL – LOCAL OUTREACH EVENT
We will be hosting a local outreach event on 5/6/21 at 5:30 pm. This event will cover all aspects of the project, how to bid, our bidding requirement and a chance to speak to the Project Manager.
