Littler has appointed Ryan Hammond regional office managing shareholder (OMS) of the firm鈥檚 Pacific Northwest offices. He will lead offices in Seattle, Portland and Anchorage, Alaska. He succeeds Douglas Parker, who stepped down to focus on his active practice. Hammond represents management in proceedings and unfair labor practices before the National Labor Relations Board and in employment discrimination and wage and hour litigation, including class actions. He advises employers in noncompetition, nonsolicitation and trade secret matters.
