Early Work Package

Bids Due: 5/20/21 @ 2PM

Work Scope: Emerick, as the CM|GC, is seeking subcontractor bids for the early work package of the conversion of Centennial Middle School and Harold Oliver Elementary School into Middle School Grades 6-8. Key scope areas for this early work bid package is hazardous abatement, polish concrete finishing,聽 Repair/replacement of roofing systems, selective remodel of interior corridor finishes.

The schedule for this project is June 21, 2021 through August 31, 2021

Preliminary estimate for Harold Oliver ES is $1.7M, Centennial MS is $1.9M.

A non-mandatory pre-bid/site tour: for interested subcontractors, on Wednesday, May 12th at 4:00 pm. We will start at the Middle School project site located at 17650 SE Brooklyn St, Portland, OR 97236
