The seismic retrofit of the Scio Middle School includes the rehabilitation of the existing lateral system components to meet the requirements for 鈥淚mmediate Occupancy鈥�. Work includes exterior cladding demolition, shear walls, TPO roofing, new siding, drywall repair and other work required to complete the seismic improvements.

There will be a non-mandatory subcontractor walkthrough at the Project Site on May 18th at 2:30pm. See Instruction to Bidders for details.
