Cascade Sotheby鈥檚 International Realty has promoted Michael Babbitt to chief operations officer. In addition to operational and sales management of the past four years, he also has a decade of experience in the legal profession; he started as a paralegal and eventually managed a law firm. Babbitt is based in Lake Oswego.
